Information we process
MetisRouter processes the minimum information needed to operate accounts, route API requests, calculate billing, prevent abuse, and provide support.
- Account information such as email, username, login status, referral metadata, and account settings.
- API usage metadata such as model id, endpoint type, request id, latency, token counts, generated image or video counts, costs, and error status.
- Payment records received from payment providers, including product id, transaction status, amount, and timestamps.
- Support messages and diagnostic details that you choose to send to support@metisrouter.com.
API content and upstream providers
When you call an AI model through MetisRouter, request content and files may be sent to the upstream provider required to complete that request.
- Prompts, messages, files, images, audio, and video inputs are processed according to the model and endpoint you select.
- Upstream providers may return usage information that MetisRouter uses for billing, statistics, and abuse prevention.
- Do not send sensitive personal data unless you have the right to process it and the selected provider is appropriate for that data.
How we use information
MetisRouter uses platform data to authenticate users, route requests, prevent abuse, calculate balances, investigate incidents, and improve the product.
- Necessary data may be shared with upstream AI providers, payment processors, infrastructure vendors, and legal or security partners.
- Operational records are retained for as long as needed for billing, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
